BOOK YOUR MONTANA FISHING TRIP HERE

Well, it’s well known that some more winter would be very beneficial… That being said instead of worrying about the things we can not control let’s enjoy these beautiful spring-like days.

We have had trips out daily with super mild, comfortable weather and above-average fishing!! This time of year the fishing is always pretty good on our local Flathead system, but there seems to be even more fish around this particular season than normal! Who knows if it will stay that way but get it while you can!!

Find the winter holding water –

     nice drops and deep inside-out bends.

     fish 9.5 -10ft deep 1bb your favorite sww with a little pink beed hares ear jig.

     Or whatever your favorite winter bugs are.

     Pink is a good option (Holy broken record) but it works!

     If you find one you can probably find another they stack up this time of year!

     I have seen multiple fish coming to the surface as well. We did not throw at them but they are catchable and around. Midge cluster or small adams will do the trick.

Remember good vibes catch fish!
