Late winter/early spring is shining on the Flathead River right now. Pick one of the warmer days and get out there!
We are seeing some great migratory cutthroat caught. Nymphing or streamers is the name of the game. Look for the deep inside bends slower moving drop offs and slower-moving banks. We hope you find one of those beautiful natives cruising through the system.
Over east on the Missouri, the sow bug is king at the moment. Or something with a little pink, like the pill popper. Same deal deep inside bends.
