We have been busy in the sausage kitchen. Making summer sausage, cutting and trimming all the elk and deer we got this season! Great snacks to have on the river!

The weather has been crazy mild in the Flathead area. Things went from winter backward to fall again. Although we need the snow, it’s hard to wish away these amazing late-season days!
