Good news everyone! The weather has really taken a turn for the better this last week. Temps have been much milder and even some moisture hitting the ground! Our hoot owl restrictions have been lifted! We still recommend keeping an eye on the water temps…. but all looks good in the forecast.
We are still loving to throw the hopper. Twitch, twitch, boom! Don’t be scared to give that thing some action… it just might raise the big one off the bottom. My favorite has still been the purple more or less MFC hopper.
Lots of success on ants, beetles and small mayfly stuff. purple haze, parachute adams, etc.. We have trips going out daily and we would love to get you on the water.

Whitefish Lake
If your looking for something else to maybe give the river a break. Our lake boats have been doing great lately. The bite for the lakers on Flathead lake has been very consistent..everyone is catching fish. Also, we have had some great trips with kids going out on Whitefish Lake. They are catching both pike and perch..lots of action!! Anyway, we hope to hear from you or see you out there.
